Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to the time they have gone into production. Once we have begun fabrication on a custom built to order item it may not be canceled.

Returns
Liquor Displays & Shelves
• Standard shelves and black, non-custom bottle displays may be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded then it may not be returned. This is due to the high risk of damage during return shipping without its original packaging.
• Products must be in new and unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to unused items. If a display has been visible used there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.
**Standard liquor displays include 1,2,3,4 Step Bottle Displays including low profile displays with black finishes.

All returns should be shipped back to the below address with your invoice/order number on the box.

Non-Returnable Items
• All other products on our website are built to order and cannot be returned for any reason. These products include:
• Furniture
• Skylines
• Ice Displays
• Non-Standard Liquor Displays (wraps, corners, islands…etc)
• Any products with custom dimensions or specifications
• Any products with logos or branding

Items Damaged In Transit
• Please be sure to inspect your entire shipment for damage immediately upon arrival.
• Damage to an item must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Ensure you retain all of the original packaging and document any damage to the shipping box/container.
