I've placed 5 orders with Customized Designs over the past year, and they are awesome to work with! Communication is excellent, shipping times are clearly stated and honored, and the shelves are well-built and look amazing! My only suggestion (and the reason I knocked off 1 star) is to switch to a more modern LED lighting controls. The current design uses antiquated IR remote controls. My Roku remote often changes the LED shelf colors I've set, and that's super annoying. Also, setting up custom colors and fades can require hundreds of button presses, and the process also fails enough times to be really aggravating. All these issues would be resolved by switching to a modern app-based control system, which is widely available. Apart from the above criticism I can't say enough good things about Customized Designs. Hopefully they can investigate improving the control system, but in the meantime I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks for helping to make my home bar look just the way I envisioned!
Easy to assemble. Nice addition to my bar. Very satisfied with purchase. The only issue I had is that they sent the item to wrong location.
